Ruth A. Bawell attended two musical concerts sponsored by Robert and Mildred Bliss at the Georgetown branch of the D.C. Public Library in 1938. She wrote a letter to Mildred Bliss dated, January 28, 1938, thanking her for the concerts and describing the highlight of the events.
