Typewritten letter informs Anne Sweeney that many books have been ordered and should be arriving at Dumbarton Oaks. Isabelle M. Stover asks for a list of arrivals and condition report on them. She mentions two volumes of Mrs. Jane Loudon's, The ladies' flower-garden of ornamental perennials is being sent by Charles W. Traylen, bookseller to Dumbarton Oaks and should be sent to Beatrix Farrand at Reef Point, Bar Harbor, Maine as they complete her set. The bookseller will try to get another set for Dumbarton Oaks Garden Library as well as Loudon's, The ladies' flower-garden of ornamental bulbous plants
