Description
Beatrix Farrand designed the arbor (GD P-3-01), bookcase (GD P-3-24A), and panel (GD P-3-25B).
The Wisteria Arbor and bookcase arch as they appeared after the arch was completed in 1935 and before the central Herb Garden beds were seeded with grass in 1945.
Panel shows lead ornamentation and an inscription from Dante's Purgatorio.
