Zonaras, Joannes, 12th cent., and many others. Commentaries on legal texts.
Partly an autograph by Philotheos, Metropolitan of Selymbria, fl. 1362-1389, with his editing of the text. Corrections include the title "Φιλοθέου ἱερομονάχου" on fol. 369r, where "ἱερομονάχου" has been strikethrough and on top of it written: "μητροπολίτου Σηλυβρίας."
Before fol. 1r, a note: "Ἀνακαινίσθη ἡ παροῦσα βίβλος παρὰ τοῦ ἐν ἱερομονάχοις Κὺρ Νικηφόρου ἀσημίνη. μνησθείη Κύριος ὁ Θεὸς τῶν γενητόρων (sic) αὐτοῦ ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ αὑτοῦ τῇ ἐν οὐρανοῖς."
