Notes

Collection of letters by Manuel Palaeologus, and various works, mostly letters, by Demetrius Cydones, Nicetas Choniates, Georgios Akropolites, and others. The corrections on the text were made by the Emperor himself.
Contents not listed in Pinakes:
Fols. 51-60v: Demetrius Cydones. A Declamation against a Drunkard. Tit. Μελέτη πρὸς μέθυσον. Inc. Ἀνὴρ τὶς οἰνωχαίρων ἐπιεικῶς (sic).
Fols. 66r-72r: Panegyric speech for the health of the Emperor. Inc. Χαίρων χαίρουσιν ὑμῖν ὦ ἄνδρες Ρωμαῖοι.
Fols. 89r-104r: A Moral Dialogue on Marriage. Inc. Ὦ μῆτερ, εἴποτε ἄλλως εἶχον δόξης περὶ τοῦ πράγματος. Most of the text is crossed out.  
Fols. 104r-105: A paracletic canon to the Virgin Mary.
Fols. 131r-133r: On seven ecumenical councils.
