The text begins with a lovely ornamental header.
Incipit:" τῷ ὁσιωτάτῳ καὶ θεοτιμήτῳ Κοσμᾷ, ἁγιωτάτῳ ἐπισκόπῳ τοῦ Μαιουμᾶ,Ἰωάννης μοναχός...."
The first image is repeated three times. Folio numbers seem to be missing or illegible from the first few images. First numbered folio is 36v-37r. Marginal comments in a different hand on 36v. 45v is the last fully legible folio. 46r is partially legible with a large part of the outer margin cut off. A header on 46r reads "περὶ τοῦ ἔχειν".
