Cader Idris. The giant peak of this wonderful mountain, "Arthur's Chair," is flanked to the east by Mynydd Moel and Cyfrwy, and to the west by Tyraumawr. Dogelly lies at its feet. The easiest path up Caader Idris from Dolgelly is the Foxes' Path, which rises 900 feet at an angel of thirty-five degrees. There is a magnificent view from the summit, which is supposed to surpass even that from the top of Snowdon.
