Exeter, Cornwall, England (Artist)
B. F. C. Parr (Frederick Beni Cornish Parr, 1887–1970) was a British artist born in Exeter, where his father was a tailor. Although little biographical detail is known about him, he appears to have started painting only after the First World War. He painted watercolors primarily in Cornwall and Devon. Occasionally he employed the pseudonym F. Beni.
