Edgar Longstaffe

Edgar Longstaffe (1852–1933) was a British landscape painter. He was born near Derby, England, and later moved to Newport, Essex. He was employed by the publishers Raphael Tuck & Sons and S. Hildesheimer & Co., Ltd. to produce views of landscapes in the British Isles for reproduction on postcards. Many of his views portrayed the scenery of the Scottish Highlands, often with cattle.
