f. 1r (page is marked as `α on the ms.): Title: Δαμασκίου Φιλοσόφου ἐξήγησις εἰς τὸ προγνωστικὸν τοῦ Ἱπποκράτους, τμῆμα πρῶτον.
The ms. attributes the work Damaskios as do Vat. Gr. 2154 and Wellcome Libr. 354. Ihm notes (see bibliography) that these three mss. are the work of the same scribe Andreas Darmarios.
Incipit: “τὰ προλεγόμενα ἢ ὡς εἰωθότα ἐπὶ ἑκάστου συγγράμματος προλέγεσθαι ηʹ κεφάλαια καὶ νῦν προλάβωμεν…”
