Notes

Extremely small and compact writing, with marginal notes on many pages.

The De Antro mentioned is presumably not by Psellus, but Porphyrius' De Antro Nympharum (Περὶ τοῦ ἐν τῇ Ὀδυσσείᾳ τῶν Νυμφῶν Ἄντρου), but there doesn't seem to be even a commentary on that work here.  See contents below.

Dual numeration in part of the codex: 23r-45v (for example) have a single numeration; but fols. 721-926 correspond to 373-940 in an earlier (crossed out) foliation.

33r-34r feature charts of zodiac and elliptic (Εἰ θέλεις εὑρεῖν τὸ Πάσχα ποίησον οὕτως).

858r (old number 873? 878?) crossed outstarts with ch. 20 of St. Cyril's De Sacrosancta Trinitate (incipit «οὐδένα ἠθέλησε γνῶναι, καὶ οὐκ ἠδυνήθη λαθεῖν, οἰκονομικῶς γὰρ θελήσας λαθεῖν οὐ δεδύνητο...»). Desinit of main text:  «…τὴν τοῦ λόγου ὑπόστασιν.»  Many marginal notes.
