Notes

Contents: Damascius, On the First Principles, Commentary on Plato’s Parmenides.

Scribe identified by Molin Pradel as Zacharias Kallierges, (see Molin Pradel, p. 86 in bibliography) Occasional marginal notes.
p. 264: desinit: “…τὰς ἀπορίας ἡμῖν ἐργάζονται, ἐπεὶ κατὰ ἀλήθειαν οὐδὲ…”

The text ends about three quarters of the way down the page, there is no interruption in the text, it continues right into Damascius’ commentary on the Parmenides. A marginal note on the left and a line in the text indicate the point.

p. 487: a new hand begins, identified by Molin Pradel as John Sanktamauras. (see Molin Pradel, p. 86 in bibliography)

The catalogue entry is excellent and affords much additional information and bibliography.

p.536 desinit: “Δαμασκίου φιλοσόφου ἀπορίαι καὶ λύσεις περὶ τῶν πρώτων ἀρχῶν τέλος.”

p. 536 is a tiny fragment of Plato’s Definitions.
