The microfilmed folios are badly damaged and quite illegible in parts, especially around the top half of the page. Foliation is intermittent but folios 3r and 10r are clearly marked and so it’s possible to navigate the folios using these as points of reference.

f. 3v bears a large, simple cruciform ornament.
f. 5v: According to Moore, Psellos’ text begins here about halfway down the page.
