Translation
ἔλθοις βοηθὸς, Χριστέ, τῷ κεκτημένῳ τῷ σῷ Μιχαὴλ φημὶ Καμπαναρίῳ.
May you, Christ, come to the aid of the owner, by whom I mean your servant Michael Kampanarios.

Commentary
Two twelve-syllable verses. Note the use of κεκτημένος as "owner" of the seal.
The owner of this seal is also attested as primikerios and judge of the Peloponnesos on seals dated to the third quarter of the eleventh century. See PBW: Michael 20110.
