The Mother of God (Hagiosoritissa) standing, turned to the left with her hands upraised towards the manus Dei. Sigla: Μρ̅θυ̅ : Μήτηρ Θεοῦ. Epithet on both sides: αγι|..ο|ριτι|σα : Ἁγιοσορίτισα. Linear border.

Inscription of four lines, a cross above. Border of dots.
