Translation

γραφὰς σφραγίζω εὐτελοῦς Κωνσταντίνου.

I seal the correspondence of the lowly Constantine.

Commentary

The inclusion of the epithet "lowly" (εὐτελής) indicates the owner was a monk or cleric.
