Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ καὶ κουβουκλεισίῳ.
Lord, help your servant John and kouboukleisios.

Commentary
Laurent points out that the at the beginning of the fourth line, which seems to indicate that this individual held an additional function in addition to being a kouboukleisios. However, it is unclear what that may be, as it is omitted from the seal. It is also possible that the was a mistake, and that John was simply a kouboukleisios.
