Translation

Κύριε or Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Νηκίτᾳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ ἐπόπτῳ τῖς Πελοποννήσου.

Lord or Mother of God, help your servant Niketas, hypatos and epoptes of the Peloponnesos.

Commentary

The wreath borders seem to have been added afterwards. Line 3 (rev.): the word ἐπόπτης is mistakenly treated as a noun of the second declension.
