Previous Editions | DO Seals 2, no. 8.45. Cf. Konstantopoulos, no. 41, who published a seal with the same name and titles and a cruciform monogram, but read the monogram as Χριστὲ βοήθει, which is not the case here. This specimen would date from the seventh or eighth century (Konstantopoulos) or more specifically to the eighth century (Seibt, cf. Winkelmann, Ämterstruktur, 94). |
