The Mother of God standing, orans, raising her hands towards the manus Dei. Remains of an inscription are visible at left but illegible; these appear to have presented an epithet of the Mother of God: ἡ Ἁγιοσοριτίσσα. Border of dots.

Inscription in five lines with cross above. Border of dots.
