Translation

Κύριε βοήθη τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέοντος βασιλικοῦ στράτορος καὶ δυυκητοῦ Ἑξαπόλεος.

Lord, help your servant Leo, imperial strator and dioiketes of Hexapolis.

Commentary

Hexapolis is to be identified with Hexakomia: Hild-Restle, Kappadokien, 191.
