Θεοτόκε βοήθει Νικήτᾳ πατρικίῳ, ἐπὶ τοῦ κοιτῶνος, καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τοῦ Πετρίου.

Commentary
The owner's name could be Nikephoros, but such a reading seems a little lengthy for the line. The protonotarios was the assistant to the kourator of the Petrion.
