Constantine, greatest of the Roman emperors, authenticate the acts of Constantine Kladon.

Commentary
The inscription consists of two dodecasyllabic verses. On the obverse, combinations of letters sigma-tau-alpha and tau-eta in the name Constantine are rendered as ligatures.
