In the upper field, a bust of Constantine IV, bearded, wearing military dress and holding a spear in his right hand behind his head and a shield in his left hand. Circular inscription: ιν-δη. In the lower field, an inscription of four lines. No visible border.

In the upper fields, busts of Herakleios on the left and Tiberios on the right, each wearing a chlamys and a crown and holding a globus cruciger in their right hands. In the field below, inscription of three lines. No visible border.
