Translation

Ἰωάννου σφράγισμα νωβελισίμου. ἀφ' ὧν ὅρα, ἄνθρωπε, τὸν τοῦ Μηθύμνης.

Seal of the nobelissimos John. From these tokens, man, see that I am the nephew of the metropolitan of Methymna.
