St. Demetrios mounted on a horse, holding a lance over his right shoulder. Traces of epigraphy on either side: |ημ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Δημ[ήτριος]. Border of dots enclosed by borders of smaller dots.

Reverse

Inscription of four lines, a cross above. Border of dots.
