Translation

Κύριε βοήθη τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Γεωρ/Γρηγορήου . . . μοναχοῦ.

Lord, help your servant George (?). . . monk.

Commentary

The restoration of the first two lines is uncertain due to the missing half of the seal; while the name found in the first line is most George and not the word σφραγὴς written out, the second line is much less certain--perhaps it is the end of the word kouboukleisios (written, e.g. as κουβουκλησείου) but this seems to require too many letters before what is left in the second line. At this point, without a parallel, uncertainty seems the best option.
