Ἰωάννου δρουγγαρίου ?

Ἰωάννου δρουγγαρίου (?).

(Seal of) John droungarios.

The resolution of the reverse monogram is uncertain; this is a best guess. The name Γενναδίῳ (Gennadios) would be an alternative guess, however it is an uncommon name in this era. There seem to be abbreviations present whatever the case, which makes the resolution quite difficult.
