Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Φιλαρέτῳ μοναχῳ καὶ ἡγουμένῳ τοῦ Προέδρου.

Mother of God, help your servant Philaretos, monk and hegoumenos of (the monastery of) the Proedros.
