Translation

ἡ σωστικὴ δύναμις ἡ πανταιτία σῴζοις Κωνσταντῖνον με τὸν Βασιλάκην.

May you, the saving power and cause of all, protect Constantine Basilakes.

Commentary

The restoration of the inscription on the obverse is not wholly satisfying, and it awaits comparison with a better preserved parallel. Note what appears to be a superfluous abbreviation mark in the second line of the reverse inscription.
