Translation

τοῦ ἐπὶ τοῦ στρατοῦ τοῦ Μιτζακαλίτου.

(Seal of) Mitzakalites, epi tou stratou.

Commentary

Note the interesting way of engraving τοῦ (second line of obverse, first line of reverse).

The reading of the family name is by no means certain. Although the epigraphy points to an earlier date, the title epi tou stratou is not attested until the fourteenth century.
