Bust of St. Theodore holding a spear and shield. On either side, sigla: |θ|εο|Δ|ο|ρ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θεόδορ(ος). Border of dots.

Inscription of four lines, a decoration below. Border of dots.

μάρτυς Χριστοῦ, φύλαττε σὸν δούλον Κωνσταντῖνον.

Martyr of Christ, protect your servant Constantine.
