Translation

... λάτριν Λέοντα, πάναγνε, σκέποις.

All-holy One, may you protect [your] servant Leo.

Commentary

The absence of the top line impedes the reading of the metrical verse. Two syllables are required, either τὸν σὸν or a family name.
