Translation

Κύριε Ἰησοῦ Χριστὲ βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Μιχαὴλ ἁμαρτωλῷ.

Lord Jesus Christ, help your servant Michael the sinner.

Commentary

This Michael calls himself a sinner, ἁμαρτόλος; this may imply that he is a monk.
