Commentary
Zacos-Veglery read the name as Θεόφιλος. The only surviving letter of the name on line 1 is uncertain; it might be a sigma, an epsilon, or a theta. On the contrary, the first letter of line 2, shows a vertical line and is a Ι, or, possibly, the right vertical bar of a Π. So the reading Theophilos must therefore be excluded, but many others remain possible: Σέργιος (rather short), Εὐστάθιος, Εὐστράτιος, or Σταυράκιος (rather long).
