Translation

Πρώβου/Πρώβῳ Ἰορδάνου κανδιδάτου.

(Seal of?) Probos (son of?) Jordanes, kandidatos.

Commentary

It is possible that the obverse monogram actually does not contain an Υ (as this letter is cut-off), and therefore reads Πρόβῳ, rendering the genitive Ἰορδάνου perhaps into a patronymic. However, there seem to be remnants of the ligature above the existing ο on the monogram.
