Translation

Γεωργίου σφραγίζω γραφὰς τοῦ Παγωμένου.

I seal the letters of George Pagomenos.

Commentary

The inscription appears to be metrical, a combination of two seven-syllable hemistichs.

The owner's name Pagomenos may well be a shortened form of Pepagomenos, found on the seals noted in this entry.
