Bust of St. Theodore holding a spear over his right shoulder and his shield with his left hand. Sigla on both sides: .|θ|ε||Ρ, : [ὁ ἅ(γιος)] Θεόδωρος. Border of dots.

Reverse

Inscription of five lines, a cross of four dots above. Border of dots.

Translation

ὁμόνυμον σόν, τρίσκαλος μάρτοις, σκέποις.

May you, the thrice-good martyr, watch over your servant of the same name.

Commentary

Note the unusual epithet τρίσκαλος (thrice-good), unattested elsewhere in sigillographic and literary sources.
