Inscription of five lines, a cross of four dots above. Border of dots.

ὁμόνυμον σόν, (τρίσ)καλος μάρτυ(ς), σκέποις

Translation

ὁμόνυμον σόν, τρίσκαλος μάρτυς, σκέποις.

May you, the thrice-good martyr, watch over your servant of the same name.
