Obverse

St. Theodore standing, holding a spear with his right hand and a shield with his left. Epigraphy on either side; the inscription on the left has been rendered in the shape of a cross: Ο|α|οσ|γ|ιθε.|δ|ρο|σ : ὁ ἅγιος Θε[ό]δωρος. Border of dots.

Reverse

Inscription of six lines. The cross with which it begins is no longer visible; the decoration at the end remains. Border of dots.
