Bust of Constantine IV, bearded, wearing a helmet and military dress, holding a spear over his right shoulder. A circular inscription, preserved only at right, beginning with a cross, and an inscription of two lines below the imperial bust.

Two busts, one of Herakleios (left), the other of Tiberios (right), both wearing a chlamys and a crown (with a cross), and holding a globus cruciger in their right hands. Inscription of two lines below the busts.

Translation

Σεργίου ἀπὸ ἐπάρχων ἐργαστεριάρχου.

(Seal of) Sergios (or George) apo eparchon and ergasteriarches.

Commentary

Oikonomides notes that this seal was likely struck before 672/73 since the indiction year is not indicated. The custom appears to have begun in that year.
