Translation

Κωνσταντίνου ἰλλουστρίου χαρτουλαρίου.

(Seal of) Constantine illoustrios (and) chartoularios.

Commentary

In the last line of the obverse inscription, Zacos read ΙΛΛS (abbreviated for illoustrios); this is worn but still discernible.
