Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῇ δούλῃ σου Ἄννᾳ.

Theotokos, help your servant Anna.

Commentary

Zacos reads an Η at the end of the first line, and thus the less common abbreviation βοήθει; this reading is possible, though of course it does nothing to change the reading of the seal as a whole.
