Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέοντα κληρικῷ.

Lord, help your servant Leo cleric.

Commentary

Note that the words "your servant" are given properly in the dative case, whereas the name of the owner is given in the accusative.
