Commentary

The reverse monogram is reasonably certain, but not wholly because of the missing letter on the left arm of the cruciform. E.g. it could additionally read a much less common name such as Ἀριστηνῷ or Σωκράτῃ. However, Στρατήγίῳ is by far the best apparent reading of the monogram.
