Indistinct bust of the Virgin holding the medallion of Christ before her. Sigla: ΜΡ̅ΘΥ̅ : Μ(ήτη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Within a border of dots, traces of a circular inscription.

The prelate attested here may be the Theodore who is known to have held the office in 1027-1030 (Rhallès-Potlès V, 24, 32; Ficker, Erlasse, 19.
