St. Michael standing, holding a labarum and a globus surmounted by a trefoil ornament. On either side, ΜΧ: Μ(ι)χ(αήλ). Within the border of dots, a circular inscription:

Translation

Ἀρχιστράτηγε βοήθει Κοσμᾷ μιτροπολίτῃ Νηκέας καὶ σύγκελως.
