Bust of St. Theodore holding a spear and a round shield. Inscription in two columns: ο|α|γι|ο-θ|ε||δο|ρ, : Ὁ ἅγιο(ς) Θεώδορ(ος). Circular inscription within a border of dots:

Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Μανουὴλ or Ἐμμανουὴλ ἐλέῳ Θεοῦ μητροπολίτῃ Εὐχαΐτων καὶ συγκέλλῳ.

Lord, help your servant Manuel or Emmanuel, by the grace of God, metropolitan of Euchaita and synkellos.

Commentary

We know of a seal having belonged to Manuel metropolitan of Euchaita (Speck, Bleisiegel I, no. 123).

There are traces of the inscription engraved at the line before Μανουήλ. We assume it may be a decoration; otherwise, there was one more line, which could consist of the letters εμ — in which case the name should be read Ἐμμανουήλ — which does not make much difference. Both are possible.
