Commentary

The reading of this name may seem to be a stretch, as it would have to be slightly skewed, but it seems most appropriate, and is attested an a cruciform inscription on a seal in the Vatican (Laurent, Vatican, no. 301). The alternative (which is just as unattested) given by Laurent is the just as strange Renouboeli.
