Commentary
Dodecasyllabic. Jordanov identifies several groups of seals with the name Constantine Komnenos (Jordanov, Corpus II, no. 344), including the seals listed below. The present specimen, however, differs significantly from them in epigraphy and, given its dating to a later period, is likely unrelated.
A peculiar form of letter "N" is used in the spelling of the name Constantine.
